Iconographic Design…

ND – Dark, Mild, Artificially Relaxed but Blue

…or plastic crap?
You decide.

Plastic Chairs in Disarray

Nikon D700 'FX', Nikkor 50mm F1.4G AF-S, Exposure 1/8000 @ F1.6, ISO 200, I wanted to really reduce the depth of field so used F1.6, but with the D700 sensibly bottoming out at ISO 200, in very bright daylight the shutter speed had to be the flexible one hence 1/8000. In hindsight I should have gone F2.8. I liked the random disarray, but the various chair colours were too distracting, so I dropped most of them out in post-process so that the focus is the one pink chair with the others 'equal' in the background

But does it matter?
Landfill here we come.

Have fun,
ND

About nakedigit

I have legs and a camera. I also occasionally use a passport. The camera with my brightest lenses can almost (almost) see in the dark. So the only thing stopping me from putting it all together regardless of where and when i am is, well, me really! However, when i don't completely muck it up the results may end up here on this blog and also my Flickr page. I now Twitter and a website is coming... ND August 2010
